3. Don’t go after mobs involved in Public Quests unless you have a good group. I’ve never joined a guild in World of Warcraft because I’m just a casual player, without the possibility to join every planned raid that guilds usually do. So, I just go to 1-2 halves of raids every week-end when I can, but you know how PUGs are. Efficiency rate is crappy and most of the times the leader steals the loot. I haven’t been a WoW PvP player for such a long time. I started the arena and BG content in S6, and at first it was very hard for me to find a team to accept me. Since the arena gameplay is an elitist type of content, every team I’ve been with kicked me out just after a few games. They all said they didn’t need noobs in their teams or sent me to practice more, and I thought I was never going to reach at least 1800 rating to get the nice weapons. So, I started to work with a WoW PvP guide.

WoW Arena Strategy for Holy Paladin - Arms Warrior - Blood Death Knight. As entering the arena, both the warrior and the death knight must aim at the opponent with the weakest defense (as rogue, druid in cat form, shadow priest). If meeting another heavy armored team, the target is the healer. The paladin stuns the target then the DPSers must use all their damage boosting abilities they have on that target, warrior uses Bladestorm and the death knight his Dancing Rune Weapon. If paladin gets heavy damage, just use the bubble. Once an opponent is “cold”, the match is already won, since the team has increased resistances, especially to melee. Depending on the opponent team, the warrior might be the main target of your enemies, so if you play the warrior it’s important to be skilled at changing stances and weapons, alternating the 2-h with a one-hand and shield.

I hope what I wrote here will be of at least a little help to any World of Warcraft player at the beginning of their WoW PvP content. However, this might not be enough to help you improve by a lot, so I strongly recommend the WoW PvP guide I’ve been following. It’s pretty solid and covers all the PvP aspects in the game.

Therefore, I’m going to share a few tips here.

1. The first thing to know about WoW PvP arena is that no matter how good you are, it’s always the team that matters. Individually, all the players in a team might have exceptional PvP skills but the team migh suck due to a lack of team work. So, don’t leave a team just after 5-6 matches. Give it a little time, so that you and your team mate would learn to play as a team.

2. The equipment has a crucial role for a player’s success in arena. So, make sure you build up as much resilience, critical chance and attack power or spell power, cutting off the PvE stats like expertise, hit rating or haste rating. Also the talent build you’re using must be PvP oriented. This WoW PvP guide has taught me though, everything I needed to know on these aspects, concerning my class.

3. Set up a number of duels that you should play everyday. This will improve your PvP skills and you will learn how to be effective versus any other class. You will learn their abilities and cooldowns and you’ll also learn how to counteract. Also, playing skirmishes will improve your arena gameplay and you’ll learn how to function in any setup. However, don’t get cocky after winning 10 or 20 skirmishes in a row, because most players that play skirmishes are undergeared, have PvE talent builds or equipment or are simply slacking.

A WoW gold guide proved to be a very good friend when my account was hacked. As I couldn’t recover it, I had to start over again from scratch, with 0 cash and gear. Since I wasn’t too good at making gold in WoW before the hack, now the situation really sucked for me as I couldn’t farm anything. However, this WoW gold guide has provided me with so many easy and simple methods to make money that I was able to buy the flying mounts and the expensive gear I needed as soon as I hit the level cap. So, I’m going to outline here, 3 simple ways to make gold that I’ve learned.

1. Engineering and Mining in Sholazar Basin. You need at least a normal flying mount for this method to be profitable, to be able to move from a resource node to another, avoiding all the obstacles. Also, you need a 400+ mining skill to mine the Saronite and a 400+ engineering skill to collect the gas clouds. Even if the Saronite Ore or bars aren’t that expensive, within an hour you can gather at least 8-10 stacks. Also, the eternals from the gas clouds in this are are very profitable to sell. So, after gathering here for about an hour you can make up to 3-400g, from Saronite, Titanium and eternals.

2. Fishing and Cooking. Most players skill up cooking as they level their toons because it’s easy, but not many level up their fishing, as this profession skills up really slow and it’s pretty boring. However, if you have these two professions maximized, make sure you learn the Fish Feast cooking recipe, because this raiding food is on high demand on any server and a very profitable item to sell. The fish you need for it are: Glacial Salmon, which can be caught in Grizzly Hills, Musselback Sculpin from Borean Tundra and the Nettlefish from Sholazar.

3. Wintergrasp Resource Gathering. One of the best areas for gathering is Wintergrasp. You can find here all the end game resources for mining and herbalism. As this WoW gold guide taught me, you can gather plenty of Saronite Ore here as a miner as well as some Titanium. As a herbalist, you’ll find a plant almost near every tree. You can gather Icethorn, Lichbloom, Goldclover, Tiger Lily and most important Frost Lotus. You can find here Frost Lotus as a resource node, while in other areas it can only drop why harvesting other plants.

As I was until not long ago an arduous arena player, I didn’t enjoy too much taking part in raids or any other PvE content. However, 2 months ago, my all my WoW friends left World of Warcraft to play another MMO. I tried to join other arena teams, but it just wasn’t the same. So, I decided to try a new dimension of the game, raiding. but as I didn’t know too much about raids, I took in a WoW raid guide to learn about the encounters. The first important thing I’ve learned was how to join a raid without achievements. Here are some tips.

1. The first card you can pull off your sleeve to join an elitist raid without any achievements is to tell the raid leader that this is your alt and your main toon has all the achievements. He might ask you what your main toon is, so all you need to do is look on wowarmory.com for a character with full achievements and tell him to check it out. This might not work though, so in that case move your negotiation to step 2.

2. Tell the leader that you’ll bring treats for the raid. Fish Feast, Flasks of the Frost Wyrm and Flasks of Endless Rage are the most desired of players and sometimes are quite expensive. So, it’s worth investing a few hundreds to join a raid. Also, as this WoW raid guide has taught me, you can mention your high gear score if you have end game arena gear. They don’t have to know you’re fully PvP equipped and even if they do, they’ll know you have some skills.

3. This might be the best action that you can do to join a good raid without achievements. Simply bribe the leader! Tell him that you are willing to pay a certain fee to join. Or, even better, tell the leader you don’t need any gear since you just want the achievement. Trust me, getting the achievement for an instance it much more important than any piece of gear.

So, if you would like to join an elite raid that goes through Icecrown Citadel or Trial of the Crusader without a wipe, try these tricks I just wrote here, if you’re having trouble because of the lack of achievements. 3. Tanks and healers are key-elements for any raid. As they don’t grow on trees, you can start looking for at least a part of them 1-2 days before your raid.

WoW Instance Guide - Tips To Make A Good Instance Group

1. Don’t expect players that want to join a heroic instance group to have terrific gear. However, even with a modest geared group, if you get a good tank or healer, you can make smooth instance runs.

2. Always balance your instance group. For example, don’t get two rogues, as they are squishy and don’t provide buffs for the party. Try to get 5 different classes.

3. For instance runs, AoE tanking and DPS is indicated to be fast. So try and get the classes with strong AoE abilities.

I hope there pieces of advice about making and running a raid group were helpful to any World of Warcraft players in honing their leadership skills.
